Monday - Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday: 7:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.
* Urgent work-ins are seen on a need basis, including
Friday
afternoons between 1 and 5 p.m.

Medications are refilled only during office hours (7:45 a.m. –
5 p.m., Monday – Thursday, 7:45 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday) when the
staff has access to your medical records. Before you call our
office, please check with your pharmacist because she or he may
already have permission to refill a prescription.
When you call for a prescription, please have the phone number
of the pharmacy of your choice available for our staff.
Plan ahead for prescription refills. You should expect a 24-hour
turnaround time for refills to be completed so please do not wait
until Friday to request a refill.
Please understand that we do not make telephone diagnoses or prescribe
medications by telephone for disorders not undergoing current
treatment. Refill requests cannot be authorized if you have not
been seen by one of our providers in the last 12 months.

To schedule an appointment, call our offices at 336-765-5470.
If you are a new patient, we ask that you have your records transferred
from your previous physician to our office prior to your visit.

If it is necessary to change or cancel your appointment, please
give us at least 24 hours notice. If you are scheduled for an
office procedure or surgery, please give us at least 48 hours
notice. The appointment you miss can be made available to another
patient if you contact us to cancel.

Triage nurses are available during office hours, from 8 a.m.
- 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Friday,
to answer your medical questions.
If the nurse determines your problem warrants a visit with one
of our providers she will schedule an appointment.
Please note that you must give us a prior authorization in order
for us to discuss your medical care with a member of your family.

A nurse triage service answers our after-hours patient calls.
These nurses work closely with our physicians and our office to
meet your needs. If you have a medical emergency after office
hours, call our main number at 336-765-5470 and follow the instructions.
The after-hours nurse triage service:
- Cannot authorize prescription refills.
- Cannot make appointments or take messages about appointment
cancellations.
- Cannot provide you with test results.

Well Voice Lab Link is a simple-to-use, automated system for
retrieving your test results and for obtaining messages from your
healthcare provider. All you need is your password to retrieve
a confidential message about your PAP results, blood tests, etc.
at a time that is convenient for you. Not only will you get your
test results, you may receive a personal message from your provider
with additional information and instructions. You will be given
specific instructions for accessing this service at your appointment.
